BDGA Travel Pack Reebok Pump Omni Lite – in hand

UPS just dropped off these.

Like GALLINAFALCO, I was sweatin’ these hard. Check out his post about these here: REEBOK & BODEGA GIVE ME A BONER (AND LEAVE ME WITH BLUE BALLS).

I contemplated running up to UBIQ in Philly to stand in line for them. I quickly told myself I’m not doing that for any pair of sneakers. But I was definitely going to troll eBay. Was lucky enough to find a pair for dirt cheap (compared to the other ones on eBay). Basically the markup was worth the cost of gas and my time not running from DC to Philly, and possibly not coming home with a pair (only 25 pairs per each store, 8 total, and 100 pairs went to Bodega…. 300 pairs released in total).

Interesting enough the seller stood in line at UBIQ, he shipped them from PA. The Travel Pack doesn’t include the shirt, five panel cap, or the chance for the golden ticket, but it does come with a bag of essentials, a Wu mix CD, and a cool sneaker bag from Bodega.

So all in all, was it worth it? As my homie Yasu would put it: “Yes, Yes.”
