I will personally like to welcome P-Rod into the world of fansy cars and beautiful broads. Didn’t know you liked Benzis, main!
For all you other gear-heads and rim-maniacs, you can pick up this latest issue of DUB at your local newstand, Borders, Barnes and Nobles, etc.
Side note: this is a good read for skaters too. Pages packed with cars from TK and P-Rod, with a quick interview with Chaz Ortiz. Pretty good for a automotive mag.
The flip side is Souja Boy (definitely NOT one of my hip-hop favourites, call me a hater) and several pages painted with notable DJs, such as DIPLO. A nice mag for the truely versatile skater, musically inclined, and automotive crazed person out there.
Got DUB?

Walking through the MacAurthor mall today I ran across these intricately designed Nike kicks, but with one problem, turning into many others, lead me on a quick journey to the truth. I wanted to know the name of said kick, being as they were of an older age and slightly turning vintage. This resulted in a “Lost of Translation” problem, since the lady running the joint couldn’t speak a drop of English (appropriate for business?).
I’m back at my house now and still on the prowl for knowledge. Believe me, I won’t rest ’til the name is reveal. In addition, if you have any knowledge of these kicks, please don’t withhold information. You know how to speak your opinions. EZ

Came via FedEx, as promised when I pre-ordered on Monday.
Initiating installation now. Lets hope it doesn’t bork my MBP or any existing programs I need. (Fingers crossed)

Hiya blogopshere. Been busy with work and other ‘tings of that sort. Gonna go to Vegas this weekend for MAGIC (damn, its already been a year since my first one), hang out with some friends, and celebrate my GF’s birthday. Should be fun!
Haven’t seen much inspiring things on the streetwear front, but this Ice Tube Clock kit has caught my eye. I think I’ve been itching to do some soldering and it’s been a while since I’ve messed around with high voltage stuff. And it looks cool to boot.
The kit is $65 bucks from Adafruit Industries. They’re on backorder, and assembly is required by someone competent, but man I think it’s worth it.

Beasting its way to the top of the movie charts, G.I. Joe has managed to win the No. 1 spot in ratings and a Supreme co-lab with Nike. But don’t expect this released edition to fall in the hands of the “Goodie- Two- Shoes”; oh no. Introducing the Hasbro Hyperize Supreme Destro GI Joe Pack which was named after Destro, a villain to any Joe if ever was a foe. I supremely expect Destro to be rocking these kicks in the next movie, Hypersize jumping the film into the No. 1 spot. Again.

This song is off their album “Some Are Lakes”, which I was able to get on vinyl last year when they came thru with Broken Social Scene. My copy is signed by frontwoman Liz Powell, who was really cool BTW. Buy their music!

These guys have been a huge inspiration to me and really mirror my way of thinking for a while now.
Excellent read, highly recommend checking it out when you got 10 mins to spare.

Haven’t seen too many interesting or inspiring things in the blogosphere lately. I’ll resume posting as I find things that are post worthy.
Been shooting pics with my new Tokina 11-16mm ATX Pro f/2.8 lens, so here’s a few of ‘em.

Can’t wait to shoot architectural pics with it in Las Vegas (Yep, going to MAGIC again this summer. Even though the brand is not nearly off the ground yet, I still feel the need to keep up with what’s going on.)

Whoa! Talk about drawing a floorplan. I wouldn’t mind spending a week in a Jenga house. Just won’t be able to move about too fast, I might move a block or two. via JuxtapozArt&CultureMag
Sou Fujimoto- “People are three-dimensionally distributed in space and will experience new sensations of depths. Spaces are not divided but are rather produced as a chance occurrence within fusing elements. Inhabitants discover various functions within those undulations. It is a place akin to nebulous landscape.”

A bit bulky to carry around on my cellphone (even though I do have a strap attached to my iPhone 3GS case). But this is dope. and for ¥1,260 ($13.10), I think I’ll get Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li. (Sorry Dhalsim, never was a fan, but we can still be friends right?)
