Be prepared to wait over a month if you order one. I got the 3G model, was tethering to my iPhone using MyWi for a bit, but I eventually caved and paid for the 3G service (the $30 unlimited plan) because Netflix didn't play right over the iPhone tether. Voice and picture didnt sync up, plus the "Find My iPad" feature through MobileMe is worthless without 3G service.
